We went out for a drive, done a little shopping and come across to this very cosy place for branch and it's overlooking the lake if you choose to fine in outdoor. You bring your 4 legged friend to stay with you while you eating and go for a walk around the lake when finish. The staff were very friendly and approachable and taking you order in a timely manner. The food is surprisingly superb and delicious, cook and prepared to you liking and also meet my dietary requirements. This place is a gem in my opinion. Highly recommended to

Dog friendly cafe right next to a lake. Nice atmosphere with loads of indoor plants. Friendly service from the staff. Salmon bagel was a little dry. Burger was really good and the onion rings were a nice touch. Good amount of chips and reasonably priced. Food took a little long but I would still come back.

What an absolute discovery. This quiet nook on the lake at South Morang. St. Ivy Café. Breakfast and lunch are available. We took lunch on a Thursday. Lots of staff, and the food was simply excellent. She had the calamari salad with a sweet chilli sauce. The calamari were just perfection. We were told they adjusted the recipe for this dish to uplift the spices. It was just a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. I had the Atlantic eggs with smoked salmon, smashed avocado, and sourdough toast. Check out the photos to make your eyes and mouth water. The pot of tea we shared, English breakfast tea with a wedge of fresh lemon, was lovely and fragrant. This meal was better than the large chain at Westfield just up the road. Outside, across the driveway, they’re developing a kids' playground right now, so more attractions are to come in this area. I can’t recommend this location enough for your next café breakfast or lunch. Cheerful, helpful staff.

St Ivy Cafe won't disappoint you! The menu has a good variety and the food is always great. The coffee is amazing too. In addition to it, it's well located next to a lake with a nice walk. Service is always good, they are quite helpful. Price is not bad either, average price for a café in Melbourne, neither expensive or cheap.

An aunt(friend's mum) from New Zealand visited us for a couple of days here in Melbourne. My husband I were looking for a place to take her for breakfast (she came early in the morning) near our place, and my husband's colleague recommended this place. The vibe is really good because it's near a small lake (just in front/across the shop). Staffs are very friendly and the food is good. There's enough parking as well in the area. If you're looking for a cafe with a view near Mill Park/Epping/South Morang, it's one of the good places you can go to.

this place is beautiful. we had brunch twice in this place and will definitely come back. we ordered eggs atlantic, rosti stack, hot drinks and they all taste delicious. price is reasonable. dog friendly place. it has a lake nearby where you can have a walk after a good meal in this place. we leave the place with a full stomach. highly recommended.
